Pleasantville, NY — There is much to celebrate and discover this summer at the Jacob Burns Film Center (JBFC), a nonprofit cultural arts center and one of the most successful suburban film houses in the country. The JBFC announced today a variety of unique and compelling film series launching and returning this coming season, featuring live performances, engaging Q&As with renowned industry leaders, and more.
From films that look at jazz from the inside out and a Q&A with Oscar-winning, prolific Hollywood producer Irwin Winkler, to a documentary hailed as quintessential queer cinema, the JBFC invites all to enjoy their summer lineup of events.
