Frameworks 2020: Art on Film

Apr. 17–27, 2020

A curated series of films about artists and their work—including Leonardo, Hilma af Klint, Fernando Botero, Ursula von Rydingsvard, Maleonn, and Lucian Freud—and documentaries on the vast contemporary art museum MASS MoCA, street photographer Martha Cooper, and the intersection of creativity and madness. Plus our annual program of short films made by artists! Special guests include Leonardo expert Robert Simon, as well as artists Ursula von Rydingsvard, Julian Kreimer, and Matt Bollinger.
