This summer workshop is designed for writers looking to practice the craft of screenwriting in nine intensive sessions across three weeks. Mondays will be for learning concepts and techniques along with screenwriting examples, short films, and movie clips. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, we’ll have table reads of student screenwriting exercises followed by discussion and critique. Newcomers and experienced writers are invited to join us for a fun and educational summer session. Writers will be expected to handle screenwriting software installation, formatting work on the page, and uploading files to share in class.
