Intro to Film Language

Returning for another semester by popular demand! We designed this program as a short but enlightening introduction to the key elements of film language—editing, sound, and cinematography. After watching clips from classic and contemporary titles and enjoying an engaging lecture by JBFC faculty member Theresa Dawson, movie lovers will walk away with a deeper understanding of the craft and technique of film.
