From filmmakers Kelly O’Sullivan and Alex Thompson (Ghostlight), Mouse is the story of Minnie (Katherine Mallen Kupferer), a shy teenager who is close friends with Callie (Chloe Coleman), a charismatic girl admired by her community. When tragedy strikes and Callie unexpectedly passes away, Minnie struggles to define her own identity and forms an unexpected bond with her friend’s mother Helen (Sophie Okenodo; Janet Planet) while navigating the fraught, fragile, and often funny stages of grief.
