Big Fish

Throughout his life, Edward Bloom (Albert Finney) has always been a man of big appetites, enormous passions, and tall tales. In his later years, he remains a huge mystery to his son, William (Billy Crudup). Now, to get to know the real man, Will begins piecing together a true picture of his father in his youth (Ewan McGregor), using flashbacks of his amazing adventures.

Ahead of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice‘s Sept. 6 opening, we’re bringing some of our favorite Tim Burton classics back to the big screen! Catch Tim Burton’s Batman and Edward Scissorhands at the start of September.

"Big Fish is a clever, smart fantasy that targets the child inside every adult, without insulting the intelligence of either."
James Berardinelli, ReelViews
"Big Fish of course is a great-looking film, with a fantastical visual style that could be called Felliniesque if Burton had not by now earned the right to the adjective Burtonesque."
Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times
