Moviegoers Can Now Enjoy a Movie with Beer and Wine
The Burns to Offer Beer and Wine in Addition to its Carefully Curated Film Selection
The Jacob Burns Film Center just launched new beverage offerings for moviegoers, available at the theater’s concession stand, in partnership with local businesses.
The JBFC Theater is adding beer and wine to the concession stand menu through a partnership with area vendors like Captain Lawrence Brewing Company and Soul Brewing Co. Captain Lawrence Brewing Company first opened in Pleasantville and is now located in Elmsford. Soul Brewing Co. is located on Wheeler Ave. in Pleasantville. Additionally, the wine selection will include Bridge Lane, Underwood, and Zardetto.
Customers can purchase beer and wine at the concession stand and will be able to enjoy the beverages in the theater and the upstairs gallery space on the second floor of the theater. All beer options are $9 for nonmembers and $8 for members. All wine options are $12 for nonmembers and $10.75 for members.
The menu will include:
Wine from Bridge Lane (Long Island), Underwood (Oregon), and Zardetto (Veneto, Italy)

- Pinot Noir
- Prosecco Rosé
Beer from Captain Lawrence

- Hop Commander IPA
- Electric Lemonade Hard Seltzer (passionfruit flavored)
Beer from Soul Brewing Company
- Chocolate Milk Porter
- El Tropical IPA
