A Wicked Fun Time in Pleasantville

Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of Wicked at Jacob Burns Film Center! From Friday, Nov. 22, to Sunday, Nov. 24, we’re hosting a variety of events and special screenings to make this a magical experience for fans of all ages.

Friday, Nov. 22

  • 4–8 pm: Wicked-Themed Cocktails in the Lobby
Make your way to our lobby for Wicked-themed cocktails crafted by a local bartender from Crawdaddy’s Creole Kitchen, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available to enhance your evening!

    • Cocktail—Wicked Green Elph
This green cocktail channels Elphaba and is made of Midori, vodka, lemon, lime, club soda and pink & black edible glitter. The carbonation from the club soda keeps the glitter iridescent and moving throughout the green drink, creating a black and pink aura.
    • Mocktail—My Pretty
This pink mocktail, reflective of Glinda, consists of jasmine green tea, lemon, plum hibiscus syrup, and ginger beer. The bubbles from the ginger beer are a play on the bubble that Glinda arrives and departs by. This vibrant pink mocktail is garnished with green apple rock candy

Saturday, Nov. 23

  • 6:30 pm: Wicked Good Fun Live Performance
Enjoy a live showcase of Wicked selections by Theater Prep students from the Music Conservatory of Westchester at Take 3 Wine Bar & Cafe on the third floor of the Theater. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the magic of Wicked through the eyes of aspiring performers!
