Come, relax, and enjoy the entertaining and creative music of one-man band Luke Havranek performing his Traveling Medicine Show at the JBFC. Luke’s Havranek’s Traveling Medicine Show will feature the musician playing his acoustic guitar, harmonica, and his custom-made foot drum in the Take 3 Wine Bar and Cafe before the special event Stepping into the Unknown: Films from the Bob Dylan Center, as part of our Sounds of Summer series. This is a free, non-ticketed event.

About the Artist:

Luke Havranek, a Yonkers native, has been performing music for the better part of two decades in and around the Westchester area. His musical resume includes a variety of genres including punk, ska, reggae, blues, hip-hop, country, and funk bands. Most recently, Luke has returned to a more organic project: Luke Havranek’s Traveling Medicine Show. In this newest act, he has revived the concept of the one-man band in a way that has not quite been done before. Havranek mixes the multiple genres he has polished throughout the years effortlessly into a set that has something for everyone.
