Winner of the Grand Jury and Audience Prizes at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, Josephine follows the psychological fallout after eight-year-old Josephine (Mason Reeves) witnesses a brutal crime in Golden Gate Park. As she acts out, her parents (Channing Tatum and Gemma Chan) struggle with helping their daughter cope, while facing the moral responsibility of demanding justice in a world that’s lost its innocence.

"In its artful, brilliantly acted exploration of the moment one learns that the world isn't 'fair' and how we keep going in the face of evil, Josephine sets a high bar."
"Mason Reeves delivers one of the most stunning child performances in recent memory, while Channing Tatum and Gemma Chan... find uncomfortable new layers as a mother and father bound by their own upbringings. The result is visceral, gentle, and ultimately, shattering."
