George C. Scott (Patton, The Changeling) stars as Jake Van Dorn, a conservative businessman from Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose daughter Kristen (Ilah Davis, in her single film appearance) vanishes while on a church-sponsored trip to California. When a less-than-reputable private investigator (Peter Boyle, Taxi Driver) reveals that Kristen has become an actress in X-rated films, Van Dorn sets out on his own to track her down—and in the process falls in too deep with the bottom rung of the Los Angeles porn industry.
