Madeleine, 92 years old, calls a taxi to take her to the retirement home where she will be living. Charles, a disillusioned driver with a tender heart, agrees to drive by the places that affected Madeleine’s life. Through the streets of Paris, her extraordinary past is revealed. They don’t know it yet, but during this drive they will forge a friendship that will change their lives forever.
Please note that the annual Pleasantville Firefighters Parade will take place on Friday, May 29, beginning at 7:00 PM. Road closures will begin at 6:00 PM. The parade is rain or shine and we encourage patrons to allow extra travel time.
