CELEBRATING WOMEN CHEFS!
In this timely documentary, filmmaker Joanna James explores why only 6% of head chefs and restaurant owners are women, and spotlights the national conversation relating to equal pay, workplace harassment, parental leave, and career advancement. James recounts her own single mother’s successes and struggles as a local small town chef and restaurateur and features insightful interviews with world-renowned chefs including Emmy Award-winning TV Host Lidia Bastianich, Two Michelin Star Chef April Bloomfield, First Female Iron Chef Cat Cora, the Ambassador of Greek Gastronomy and celebrated Author & Chef Maria Loi, and many more.
