Kirsten Johnson is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and cinematographer. She is known for her camera work on several feature-length documentaries such as Citizenfour and The Oath. In 2016, she released Cameraperson, a film which chronicles her decades of work all over the world as a documentary cinematographer. Her latest film Dick Johnson is Dead premiered at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival, where it won the Special Jury Award for Innovation in Non-fiction Storytelling. It is currently streaming on Netflix.
