In a small town in Paraguay, a landfill consumes the people’s lives day in and day out. Observing the unsafe and poor living conditions, environmental engineer Favio Chavez saw an opportunity to teach music to children with instruments made from recycled materials. Landfill Harmonic follows Favio and his students as they discover music, friendship, and hope in the most unlikely of places.
