Time: 9:30 AM–12:30 PM

Arrival: Bus must arrive at the JBFC Media Arts Lab by 9:30 am.

Departure: Once the workshop is over, students must remain seated in the screening room until the bus arrives. When the bus is on site, students will be directed to exit the screening room and go straight to the bus.

Our concession stand will be closed, however, individual bags of popcorn will be served to students, teachers, and chaperones for all school program events. Drinks will not be served, but guests are welcome to bring their own water bottles.

We encourage students to consume and leave any previous food or drink items on the bus. Lunch will not be provided and unfortunately we do not have a space for groups of students to eat lunch after the event.

Capacity: Please note, the maximum number of students allowed to attend one workshop is 30.

Three or four teachers/chaperones MUST accompany the students for each workshop.

Busing: Schools are responsible for booking their own transportation. The JBFC will cover the cost of one bus per visit for two visits per academic year for under-resourced schools. Our organization recognizes a school as under-resourced if a minimum of 35% of students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Funding for subsidized buses is limited and on a first come, first served basis.
