Jeff Bridges plays Jeff Lebowski, “The Dude”, a laid-back, easygoing burnout who happens to have the same name as a millionaire whose wife owes a whole bunch of money to a lot of shady people. After The Dude’s rug, the interior design centerpiece of his home, is ruined, The Dude enlists his bowling buddies to help get the money from the Los Angeles underworld of thugs, slackers, and revolutionaries.
