Aisha Harris is a co-host and critic for NPR’s hit podcast Pop Culture Happy Hour, where they gab about—you guessed it—all things pop culture. Previously, she worked as a writer and editor at The New York Times and Slate Magazine, where she covered everything from the creation of an American Girl doll and Dolly Parton to the Exonerated Five. Her debut book Wannabe: Reckonings with the Pop Culture That Shapes Me, a collection of original essays, was released on June 13, 2023 by Harper One.
