Honey, I Shrunk the Kids

Wayne Szalinski (Rick Moranis) is a preoccupied inventor who just can’t seem to get his electromagnetic shrinking machine to work. But when it finally does, it has Wayne’s kids in its sights! With the now 1/4-inch-tall children swept into the trash, the real adventure begins. Hurricane sprinklers, dive-bombing bees, and a runaway lawn mower lead to big trouble for the pea-sized kids.

"Honey, I Shrunk the Kids is one of life's Lilliputian pleasures... Director Joe Johnston, a veteran of Industrial Light and Magic, brings a wry Rube Goldberg approach to his first-ever feature."
Rita Kempley, Washington Post
