We’re thrilled to welcome Tracy Cochran back for this year’s series. Cochran has been a student of meditation and spiritual practice for many years, and teaches mindfulness meditation at the Rubin Museum of Art in Manhattan, at the Hudson River Sangha in Tarrytown, and throughout the greater New York area. She is also a writer and the editorial director of the quarterly magazine Parabola, which draws on the world’s mythology and wisdom traditions to explore universal human themes.
