This unique film premiered at The Museum of Modern Art’s Doc Fortnight 2016, and follows the medical staff and patients in an Emergency Room in Rabat at the largest hospital in Africa. Shot over the course of a year, Moroccan director Othmane Balafrej’s filmmaking debut subtly observes the daily delays and frustrations that plague the patients and characterize many problems in Moroccan society.
