Blue Moon

On the evening of March 31, 1943, legendary lyricist Lorenz Hart (Ethan Hawke, First Reformed) confronts his shattered self-confidence in Sardi’s bar as his former collaborator Richard Rodgers (Andrew Scott, All of Us Strangers) celebrates the opening night of his groundbreaking hit musical Oklahoma! Directed by Richard Linklater (The Before Trilogy, Boyhood), and featuring performances from Margaret Qualley and Bobby Cannavale.

"Ethan Hawke is theatrical in the best way possible, commanding the screen with his every gesture and utterance without overplaying any of them. His energy thrums like a choir line vibrato."
David Opie, IndieWire
"Like a backstage pass for Broadway buffs, it’s one hell of a show for those in the know, and a sparkling introduction for the uninitiated."
Peter Debruge, Variety
