Production: Narrative, Gr. 9-12

In Creators’ Co-op, high school students deepen their craft by collaboratively producing original projects as members of a production crew, attending workshops on specific aspects of filmmaking, and taking advantage of our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. With individualized mentorship and the support of a peer network, the Creators’ Co-op community offers a dynamic experience for every student. Production: Narrative
Learn the step-by-step process of film production in this collaborative workshop! After being handed a script, you will  learn how to bring one scene from preproduction to postproduction—from making a shot list and storyboard to scouting and securing locations to exploring the roles of directors, cinematographers, and lighting, sound, and crew on set. You’ll also edit with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, working toward a completed scene.
