The latest film from Woody Allen follows the intersecting lives of four people working to survive amid the hustle and bustle of the Coney Island amusement park in the 1950s. Ginny (Kate Winslet, Titanic, The Dressmaker) is an emotionally volatile former actress turned waitress. She is unhappily married to Humpty (James Belushi, Showtime’s Twin Peaks) but becomes infatuated with a handsome lifeguard named Mickey (Justin Timberlake) who dreams of making it as a playwright. All three of their lives are upended when Humpty’s estranged daughter (Juno Temple, Atonement) reappears and sets her sights on Mickey.
